Question

New PC Branch Problems

I have two questions;
1. I Manage 3 separate member accounts in my PC Branch, my account and my 2 college age daughters. In the old PC branch these were listed separately so I could see the total amounts each of us had, i.e. it had the total for savings, money market, checking, etc per member. In the new PC Branch all 3 accounts are lumped into one big account so now I have the running total for 9+ items . How do I separate these so they appear as three separate member accounts just like in the Old PC Branch? I want to see how much money each of my daughers have at a glance rather than having to do out the math.
2. I do not use Financeworks nor do I have any desire to use it ever. How do I delete it from the new PC Branch?
Thank you DCU.

PC Branch currently supports export of the following file types:

. ofx - Open Financial Exchange
. qfx - Quicken Financial Exchange
. qbo - Quickbooks
. Spreadsheet

To utilize your transaction export feature, select a savings or checking account title from within PC Branch. At the bottom of the page, you will see a field to change the date range and an export format. Selecting the Download Data button will allow you to choose a folder on your computer where you'd like to to save the exported file.

We also recommend utilizing FinanceWorks to help you manage your finances from within PC Branch.

To view and print PDF files, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader, Version 6.0 or later. Other PDF viewers may work, but we cannot guarantee the documents will display correctly.

To view flash based content, you'll need Adobe Flash Player.

To Use PC Branch

While a variety of software products may work on PC Branch, the following versions are supported to work as intended:

.Microsoft Internet Explorer – Versions 7.0, and 8.0

.America Online – Versions 8.0 and 9.0 .

.Mozilla Firefox – 1.0 and 3.0

.Safari (Mac) – 1.2 and 3.0

In any case, PC Branch requires a browser equipped with 128-bit strong encryption – the strongest protection available today. Explorer, and AOL offer these levels. You can download either browser through this web site. Your browser should have "SSL 3.0" enabled. If your browser was issued after 1996, it should already be set up.

DCU members can request that a treasurer's check be drawn from their account via the following options:

PC Branch: From the Transfers menu, select the account you would like the funds to come from. In the To dropdown menu, select Mailed Treasurer's Check and input your desired amount. This will generate a check made in your name to be mailed to the address that we have on our system.

DCU Branch / Credit Union Service Center

Information Center: With proper security validation, we can mail a check made out in your name or a third party's name to your home address.

Treasurer's checks cost $3.00 for DCU members.

If your check was converted for an electronic withdrawal, no check image will be available for you to view in PC Branch as the physical check itself was not presented when withdrawing funds from your DCU Checking. If a check is cleared in person at a Branch, there will be a delay in having the image available online for viewing, between 5-15 business days on average. Drafts cleared normally will have an image available for viewing within PC Branch.

If you want to pay your DCU loan online, you can do so by transfer from your DCU accounts using PC Branch or Easy Touch, or by electronic transfer from another institution. To make your payments using PC Branch, visit our web site at www.dcu.org, log into PC Branch icon, and use the transfer option on the Transfers section. To make your payments using Easy Touch, please dial 800/328-8797 and follow the easy to use menu options.

If you wish to use funds at another institution to pay your DCU Loan, you would need to move those funds to DCU first, either by mail or by transfer. DCU does have an online service that allows members to move funds between institutions. It's called CashEdge, and you can sign up for it in the Transfers section of PC Branch. Once you register for service, and add the accounts at your other institutions, you can move funds between your accounts.

In order to login to PC Branch for the first time, you will need to have both your membership number and the 4-digit PIN that DCU assigned you available. You will then need to enter this information in the PC Branch Online Access window appearing on the right from our web site, https://www.dcu.org . After your first successful login, you will be automatically prompted to choose an alpha-numeric password and security questions for future PC Branch logins. Once your choice is entered and accepted, you will be allowed to proceed into PC Branch to view your accounts.
